By using this website, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Sessions and Payment
A headshot session is $249. The session fee is paid at the time of booking to reserve your spot and includes your first retouched image. After your shoot, you review your photos and choose any additional retouched images you want at $85 each. Team and branding sessions are priced separately. Availability, pricing, and deliverables are shown on the pricing page and may change without notice for future bookings.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
The session fee is non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, your session fee transfers in full to a new date as long as you give at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 48 hours before your session, and no-shows, forfeit the session fee. To reschedule, reply to your confirmation email or text (805) 669-8062.
Satisfaction
Every session is backed by the Love Your Photos guarantee. If you are not happy with your photos, I will reshoot your session at no additional cost. The guarantee covers a reshoot rather than a refund of the session fee.
Gallery Access and Storage
Your online gallery is available for at least 12 months from the date your photos are delivered. Please download and back up any images you want to keep. If a gallery is ever scheduled for removal after the 12-month period, you will receive an email reminder in advance so you have a chance to download your photos first.

All images and content on this site are owned by Jose Lara Photography. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.
