Expression. You want to look like yourself on your best day, not like you're waiting for the dentist to call your name. Most people have no idea what their face is doing in front of a camera. That's not a dig, it's just true. My job is to get you out of your head so your real face shows up.
Clean background. Nothing competing with you. YOU are the point.
