Send me the requirements before your session and I will shoot to them. If your firm needs a specific size or file weight, you get that version delivered alongside your full-resolution image — not a 12-megapixel file you have to figure out how to compress at 11pm.

How much does a financial advisor headshot cost?
A session is $249 and includes your first retouched image. Additional retouched images are $85 each, chosen after your shoot. There is no package to fit into, so you only pay for the images you will actually use — most advisors need two or three: one for the firm site, one for LinkedIn, and one for a bio or directory listing.
Will my headshot meet my firm or broker-dealer requirements?
Most firms and broker-dealers ask for a plain or neutral background, business attire, and a head-and-shoulders crop. Tell me your requirements before the session and I will shoot to them. If your compliance team specifies exact dimensions or a file size limit, I deliver a file cut to spec alongside your full-resolution image.
Can you photograph our whole advisory team?
Yes. Team Headshot Days are $150 per person with a 5-person minimum, and each person gets one retouched image. I bring the full studio to your office — lighting, backdrops, and a tethered screen so everyone sees their shots before they leave. No travel fee anywhere in Ventura County or the Conejo Valley.
How long until I get my photos?
You see every frame on a tethered screen during the session and choose your favorites before you leave. Retouched finals arrive within 48 hours for individual sessions and 72 hours for team days.
What should a financial advisor wear for a headshot?
Solid colors in navy, charcoal, or deep neutrals photograph best and read as trustworthy without being severe. Skip tight patterns and pinstripes, which shimmer on camera. Bring two or three options on hangers and we will pick together — what looks right in a mirror does not always translate on camera.
Do you photograph advisors outside Camarillo?
The studio is in Camarillo and serves advisors throughout Ventura County, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Santa Barbara, and the Conejo Valley. For teams I come to your office at no travel fee.
