Your Team Books Itself
Everyone picks their own 10-minute slot from that link and gets an automatic confirmation. No spreadsheet, no signup sheet, nobody on your side chasing people down.
I Show Up and Set Up
I bring the full mobile studio: professional lighting, backdrop, and equipment. Setup takes about 15 minutes and I arrive early so we start on time.
Quick Sessions
Each person gets about 10 minutes with real coaching on posing and expression. They head back to their desk and the next person comes down. Your day keeps running.
Their Gallery Arrives
Shortly after each person's slot, they get their own private gallery link. They browse, zoom in, and pick their favorite right in the browser. Nothing to download, no files emailed around, and nobody sees anyone else's photos.
Retouched Finals in 72 Hours
I retouch each person's pick and deliver it to that same gallery, with a before and after slider so they can see exactly what changed. Anyone who wants extra shots retouched can add them right there.

How Delivery Works
Each Person Gets Their Own Gallery, Same Day
No batch emails. No waiting a week for a Dropbox link. Every person on your team gets their own private gallery, and nobody on your side has to distribute anything.
Their gallery arrives
I shoot each person and upload their photos between slots. Shortly after their session, they get an email with a link to their own private gallery. Only they can see it.
They pick their favorite
They browse, zoom in to compare, and tap the shot they want retouched. No login, no app, no files to download. Just a private link that works on any phone or computer.
Final delivered in 72 hours
I retouch their pick and deliver it to that same gallery, with a before and after slider so they can see the difference. Anyone who wants more shots retouched can add them right there without going through you.
The first person in the chair could be choosing their retouching pick before the last person has even stepped in front of the camera.
Gallery emails fire automatically — no extra work on your end or mine.
Booking Policy
Terms & Booking Policy
Deposit
A 30% deposit is required to reserve your session date. The deposit is non-refundable but transferable if you need to reschedule.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your session. Last-minute cancellations forfeit the deposit.
Team Size
Final headcount is confirmed 48 hours before the session. Additions on shoot day are accommodated based on availability.
Payment
The remaining balance is due before the session begins.
Delivery
Retouched images are delivered within 72 hours via a private online gallery.
Usage
Images are licensed for unlimited professional use — LinkedIn, your website, print materials, and internal communications.
